How To Make A Claim


It is only when you need to make a claim that the true worth of your medical insurance cover will be discovered.

Because of the complex nature of medicine, all claims should be pre-authorised before incurring any costs. The medical insurance company should be contacted on the helpline with details of the claim-to-hand. This will include the type of treatment or consultation you are going for, when and where this will be (if you already have an appointment) and the name of the consultant.
